In 2020, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, an exception was made to allow the following: If a donor does not purchase their Lifetime Seating Rights in any season or does not fulfill their required annual gift or the seating rights payment in any year, the Lifetime Seating contract becomes null and void and the donor is no longer eligible to re-secure Lifetime Seating Rights. Funds paid towards an LTR contract are not transferable to a new 10-year contract.Ĭan a donor take a year off from purchasing Lifetime Seating Rights and retain their seating rights? Donors that wish to re-secure seating rights after voiding a seating rights contract are eligible to enter into a new 10-year license with a new pledge agreement.
